Description: Cinnamon Almonds
Ingredients: 1 cup almonds/or your favorite nut, 1 egg, 1/2 cup Splenda, 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp watter.
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a non-stick cookie sheet with cooking spray. Mix egg, Splenda, cinnamon, water until frothy in mixing bowl. Stir in nuts and ensure wet mixture coats them. Place on cooking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Depending on your oven, keep a close eye on them or they will burn.
Number of Servings: About 5
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 5 carbs for about 30 nuts
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Positive aspects of the product (pros): quick and easy
Cons: it's hard to stop eating them

I love all those sweet roasted nuts. Saw this recipe and have been dying to try it. I used pecan pieces and added some mixed nuts I had on hand. I think I'll have more servings, I kept adding nuts to use up all the liquid. I will have to be sure to measure out what I eat or I could lose control! Very good!!! Nicely sweet and a little salty (my mixed nuts were salted) Oh and I added a touch of vanilla. I'll make these often!
