3/4 c Almond meal, 3 T Splenda, 1/8 t salt, 1/4 t vanilla, 1 egg white, 4 T PB2(or more) 2T water
How To Prepare:
Mix all together and roll out to 1/8 in thick rectangle. Score batter into 1 in squares. Bake at 350 for 15 min (or until starts to brown), let cool and break apart. Mix separate batch of PB2 to your thickness, spread on cookie and cover with another cookie.
