Take 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp splenda, pinch salt and pepper and sprinke over both sides of lamb. Heat tbsp olive oil in pan, add lamb and cook as desired. Set lamb aside to rest and add chopped baby plum tomatoes to pan along with 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp onion granules, 1/2 tsp splenda and cook until soft. Serve over the lamb with a dressed side salad.
