This is so easy and you can be creative. A bowl made out of cheese.
1 oz cheese, any kind, sliced or grated
How To Prepare:
Preheat a nonstick frying pan on med.-high heat. Place single layer of cheese in hot pan. This will melt and become crispy. When it turns golden on one side , flip carefully with spatula and do the same on the other. When that side turns gold, remove and put onto paper towels to blot excess oil. At this time you can use it as either a bowl for oerderves (sp?) like olives or you can dip it in some kind of dip. I like to eat it by itself but I've heard of people liking it in just ketchup??? But the best part is you can be creative. I dont think I'd use it as a bowl for liquids though.
Number of Servings:
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known:
2.5 depending on cheese and how you want to use it
