A pizza crust to satisfy the kid who wants to pick up his pizza! Crust uses yeast, CQ and VWG.
4c Carbquick, 1.5tsp yeast, 1.5c warm water, 1/2c vital wheat gluten, 2T olive oil, salt to taste
How To Prepare:
Put Carbquick, yeast, VWG and salt into medium bowl. Add water and salt and mix til you form a smooth dough. Let rise for 1hr. Add favorite pizza toppings and bake at 450 for 10min.
Number of Servings:
2 pizzas, 16 slices
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known:
Less than 2g per slice if making 16 slices!
5min to mix dough, 1hr to rise, 10min to bake
