1 cup flax meal 1/4 cup psyllium seed fiber 1/4 cup coconut flour 3 eggs beaten 1-1/5 tsp. baking powder 2-1/5 tsp. Splenda 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 cup Butter melted 2 cups Water or as needed
How To Prepare:
Mix dry ingredients together. Beat eggs. Add melted butter. Mix ingredients together and add enough water so the batter has a drop biscuit batter texture. Put into greased muffin cups or use muffin papers. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let cool completely. They have a chewy bread like texture. I don't know if they could be microwaved or not. I wanted something that would brown in the oven. I cut two in half the next day and toasted them in a toaster oven. They were yummy with butter.
