6 egg yolks, 2 cups heavy cream, vanilla, Truvia, salt
How To Prepare:
heat 1 cup of cream, add sweetener to taste and vanilla. I use a LOT of vanilla. Remember that it is sweeter cold than hot. take off stove, add the rest of cream. Beat yolks with whisk, add a tiny pinch of salt. Whisk in cream, pour into ramekins placedin pans of hot water, sprinkle with plenty of nutmeg and bake for 30-40 minutes, chill.

I use 4 packets of truvia, most people would like more. But using that, it's less than 3.
