Ingredients: 1 carton ricotta cheese
10oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese,divided
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese divided
2 eggs
2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. onion powder
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 t. garlic powder
4-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce divided(save back the 1/2 cup)

How To Prepare: In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, onion powder, pepper, and garlic powder, and 4 cups of the spaghetti sauce. Spread the mixture into a pam sprayed baking dish. Top with remaining sauce. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Remove from the refrigerator 30 mins before baking. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-45 mins or until heated through thoroghly.
