5 chicken breast ___ 1 cup sour cream___ medium hand full size of cheddar cheese___ Salsa (I use my favorite salsa from my local Mexican restaurant,store brand just doesn't have the kick I need)___ 2 pkgs of Lipton Spanish Rice mix___ Sifter___ Mission Low carb tortillas
How To Prepare:
Cut up chicken breast and boil,strain, then shred (Ive found that while chicken is in strainer, its easiest to shred chicken with a wooden spoon or fork)____ In the crock pot add sour cream, cheese, chicken, and a cup of salsa.____ Take 1 pkg of the Spanish Rice mix and sift out the seasoning from the pkg____ I usually let it cook for at least an hour(not nessasry), ____chicken should be moist so add water if needed. ___ About 10 minutes before im getting ready to serve I'll add more seasoning (usually half of the 2nd pkg, its all your taste preference) ____ Then just make as you would normal taco. lettuce shredded cheese and so on.
