Lowcarb tortilla shell, bean dip, ground beef, Mexican or cheddar cheese, taco sauce. What ever you like on a quesadilla. Shredded chicken.
How To Prepare:
Use two soft low carb shell. Spread bean dip on each. Brown and drain beef. Place about one handful of beef on shell. Spread cheese over the meat. Pour a couple of table spoons of taco sauce on top add more cheese. Place second shell on top. In a shallow pan heat up a small amount of cooking oil. Place quesadilla in pan and l cook on each side until golden brown. Take out cut and eat.
