utherp Chili Crusted Turkey Cutlets with Enchilada Sauce

1 1/4 pounds turkey cutlets 1/2 cup almond flour 3 teaspoons chili powder
2 tablespoons olive oil 1 small can enchilada sauce 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Prepare:
Combine almond meal and chili powder; dip cutlets to coat both sides. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over high heat until hot; brown cutlets 1 minute on each side. Pour enchilada sauce over cutlets. Cover and heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Top with cheese; serve.
