Description: Simple Low Carb "Ice Cream."
Ingredients: 2 T Happy Farms Honey Nut Cream Cheese (Aldi) 1/4 C Heavy Cream 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1 T Walden Farms Pancake Syrup or other Pinch or two of xanthan gum
How To Prepare: I was experimenting so the batch is very small. Mix all ingredients together in a blender with a whipping attachment. Whip until it gets desired thickness. It already looks like ice cream right out of the container, but you can freeze it and eat it when it gets cold. I couldn't wait that long!
