Description:

Great Main course or appetizers
10 large white mushrooms
3/4 lb of small shrimp
3 TBL Fresh Garlic or 1 tbl of garlic powder
2 green onions
3/4 lb butter
1 lb Mozzaella or Italian cheese shredded or 4 0z cream cheese
1 C parmesian ( can be with Romano too)
Remove stems from mushrooms and rub finger along inside to remove any of the ribs that are lose
Cut the hard part of the stms off
chop stems and shrimp
add butter and garlic in a saute pan on med lo and wehn melted add 1/2 the butter to baking dish with remaining saute the mushrooms til a little crisp and turn and crisp then place in baking vessal add the shrimp til pink and mushrooms are soft add the cheeses ( I added cream cheese today and loved it
let cool 5-10 mins
Chop the green onions fine chop
Add your cheeses and green onion to shrimp mixture now stuff your mushrooms add to pan Cook at 375 for 15 20 mins til or place under broiler for 5-10 mins , watch til bubbly
I added Brenaise sauce to mine

or you could top with a Hollandaise
