Description: 3-4 loose cups of spinach,
1-2 hardboild eggs chopped,
1-2 slices of onion diced,
3-4 sliced mushrooms keep cold in serving bowls
5-6 slices bacon, crumbled( I use 12 oz)
1 tbl sugar so use sweetner equivalant
3 tbsp. L C ketchup
3 tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tb. red wine vinegar or adjust to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Cook bacon until crisp and remove from pan . Add the sweetner, ketchup, onion, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce to bacon grease in the pan. Bring to a boil and reduce slightly. Add bacon; pour over prepared salad and serve at once.
