PERFECT Horseradish Sauce Just like in resturaunts
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream,
1/4 tsp unflavored gelitan,
2 tsp water,
prepared horseradish to taste
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/4 tsp unflavored gelitan, 2 tsp water, prepared horseradish to tast
How To Prepare:
Whip heavy cream til forms stiff peaks, disolve gelatin with water and dribble in to whipped cream and mix again for 30 second. You can then start adding horseradish to tast mixing on low ( I go 50 - 50 ratio to liquid cream amount , but this is up to you. I also season with black pepper to taste usually about 1 tsp.This will stay nice and firm for several days in fridge
