fish (shrimp, chicken), eggs, coconut oil, salt, flax (pecan) meal, shredded coconut optional

How To Prepare:
|
Dip fish filets in egg. Use flax meal or pecan meal as "breading" and saute lightly in coconut oil until done. Most people think the catfish won't work. It does. So does other mild white fish. Or chicken, of course. If you want, you can also sprinkle with shredded unsweetened coconut.
