A variation on almond butter bars. The flax or almond meal gives a different texture. If you are moderate carbing, you can also mix in some cooked quinoa.
Almond Butter, 2 C Flax Meal or Almond Meal, erythritol to taste, vanilla optional
How To Prepare:
Mix together and bake at 350 for 30-40+ minutes

between 10 and 30, depending on how good you are
