Wonderful, easy almond butter cookies without grains or dairy. These are quite a bit like peanut butter cookies. The recipe is correct - there is no flour in this recipe! The recipe is for a double batch, half to bake now, half to store in the freezer to bake later. The bar cookies are a little bit fragile, but very tasty.
1 jar (16 oz) Almond Butter (creamy, salted; okay if oil has separated)
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray.
