Description: Wonderful, easy almond butter cookies without grains or dairy. These are quite a bit like peanut butter cookies. The recipe is correct - there is no flour in this recipe! The recipe is for a double batch, half to bake now, half to store in the freezer to bake later. The bar cookies are a little bit fragile, but very tasty.
Ingredients: 1 jar (16 oz) Almond Butter (creamy, salted; okay if oil has separated)
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray.
Number of Servings: 40 bars
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 6 grams (1 of which is fiber)
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): easy
