Its a wonderful treat. (If you like calzone, you can add a cup of 2% Cottage Cheese to Base) This option increases the baking time by 5 minutes or so. The extra nutritional value varies based on your choice of cottage cheese divided by 8.
10 oz. Box Spinach (Thawed and Squeezed Dry), 2 Cup Bag Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Blend Italian Cheese, 1/2 Cup Egg Beaters, 10 oz. Classico Spicy Tomato & Pesto Sauce or Hunts Zesty & Spicy Spaghetti Sauce, Spray Canola Oil
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 400, In a large mixing bowl blend with a fork Spinach, Eggs, 2 oz. Sauce, 1/2 Cup Cheese - Lay out evenly in a pretreated Metal Pan, Top with remaining Cheese and Drizzle with remaining Sauce - Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is Golden and Bubbly. Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing.
