1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 can Cream of Broccoli Soup (Campbell's)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 T water
1/4 tsp dried basil leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 cup frozen broccoli florettes
1 cup frozen cauliflower
How To Prepare:
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add soup, cream, water, basil, pepper and vegies. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done.
