1 lg jalapeno pepper, minced (remove and devein for less heat)
1 T chopped cilantro
2 T lime juice
1 t black pepper
1/2 t poultry seasoning
1/2 t coarse salt
1/4 c olive oil
6 chicken thighs or 4 chicken breast halves.
How To Prepare:
Combine everything except chicken thighs in a zip lock bag large enough to hold the chicken pieces of your choice. Add the chicken and place in refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours. Turn bag several times turning this time. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard marinade. Grill chicken till it is cooked completely.

if using thighs 3 servings; chicken breast halves 4 servings
