Sugar Peas and Coconut Oil make the kitchen, then the dinner table smell sooo good!
Adding the Sea salt gives the whole dish such a surprising sweet and salty fresh taste. My family loves it...and they are kinda picky!
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
Sugar peas for four people..About four small handfuls
Sea Salt to taste
How To Prepare:
Heat coconut oil over medium to medium high heat.
Saute' sugar peas 2 - 5 minutes or till verdent green and somewhat softer, but still crunchy.
Turn the heat off and spread the the sugar peas out. Salt to taste.
