12 oz. can of diet rite tangerine soda
1 tsp. grated ginger
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. soy sauce (maybe splash more)
1/4 tsp. orange zest (grated)
How To Prepare:
Saute the garlic and ginger,just til softened. Add the entire can of soda, and stir. Reduce this mixture by half, it will not get thick like regular sugary sauce. Add the soy sauce and the zest. Cook for another 5 minutes.
I used my on some baby back ribs on the grill yum
I used it on a rotisserie chicken to doctor it up for a salad
