Positive aspects of the product (pros): Easy to make
Cons: Needed more sugar to balance salt in Carbquick.

When I made up the dough, I had large white flecks in it and don't have any idea what it was. Maybe flecks of fat from the cream? Or flecks of shortening from the Carbquick? No idea... would have to try it again with different container of cream. It is easy to make, so worth checking out again.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): 2nd time... really tasty!
Cons: need more sugar and I need more self-control!

On second try, I'm giving this a "10." I rolled it out like a crust and scored it with a knife into little square sections. DH thought they tasted a little like graham crackers and said we should try S'Mores this summer (with SF chocolate and SF marshmallows.)They remind me of the leftover pie crust my grandma used to bake up for me after making a pie.
