Carbquik cookies...easy to make.
You can experiment with ingredients to make more or less sweet.
REMEMBER...THIN AS POSSIBLE

Ingredients:
|
1 cup Carbquik
4 teaspoons Splenda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 2 tablspoons sugar-free vanilla syurp and delete Splenda
Water to moisten mixture
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup cream (1/2 and 1/2)

How To Prepare:

Preheat oven to 425F.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl
Drop spoonfuls on non-stick baking sheet (silicon sheets work best)
Flatten each cookie to about 1/8 inch...as thin as you can...comes out crispier the thinner you make them
Bake for about 12 minutes until top is browning and bottoms are brown..dont undercook...want them to be crispy
Let cool on cooling rack and enjoy.
