My latest, favorite dinner recipe. Easy to make and quite tasty... ;-)
3 teaspoons Garlic, minced (= approx. 6 cloves, 2.49g net carbs (0.3g fiber)>USDA)
1.5 cups Chicken Breast, cooked, diced (4.56g carbs>USDA, I use Tyson Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast)
1 medium Tomato, diced (3.32g net carbs (1.5g fiber)>USDA)
½ medium Green Bell Pepper, diced (1.76g net carbs (1g fiber)>USDA)
½ box Dreamfields Penne Pasta (16.25g digestible carbs>Box)
1 ½ cups Parmesan Cheese, shredded (2.04g carbs>USDA)
How To Prepare:
Cook pasta for 10 minutes. While past is cooking prepare other ingredients. In a non-stick skillet, stir all ingredients together with 1 cup Parmesan Cheese until warm , sprinkle with additional ½ cup Parmesan Cheese and serve…with garlic salt?… ;-)
