** DO NOT USE CANNED CRABMEAT. Imitation meat is fine but higher in crbs
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 stalks celery-finley chopped
1 T minced garlic
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 pound crabmeat-fully cooked-chopped-shredded
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup shredded parmesean cheese
How To Prepare:
spray a 12 inch nonstick skillet with Pam. Heat the onion, celery,garlic and Worcestershire sauce for 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in crabmeat and mayo until well mixed. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 2-3 min covered until cheese on top is melted. Serve hot.
