1 pkg cream cheese
1 stick UNSALTED butter
1/2 cup Splenda (or your choice sweetener)
4-6 ounces nuts (your choice)
**Optional mix ins- cocoa powder, unsweetened shredded coconut or SF French Vanilla Davincis syrup.
How To Prepare:
Whip butter and cream cheese at room temperature. mix in Splenda. Put in freezer. Crush nuts and put in bowl. When mix is slightly frozen, spoon out whatever size ball you like. Roll in nuts to coat and shape. Refridgerate or freeze.
Sometimes I put in cocoa powder, unsweetened shredded coconut or SF French Vanilla Davincis syrup.
