This marinade is also tasty on cut up chicken and boneless chicken breasts
5 lbs chicken wings
large resealable plastic bag
1 12 ounce jar sugarfree apricot preserves or sf orange marmalade in a pinch
1 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic-minced
1 Tbsp.fresh ginger, minced OR 1 tsp. ginger powder
How To Prepare:
Clean and rinse chicken. Pat dry. Cut wings at joint into two pieces and place in the bag. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour over the chicken and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill to medium. Remove wings from bag and discard marninade. Grill for 25 minutes, turning once, until skin is crisp and juices run clear.
