Ingredients: 2 3/4 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/3 bag frozen cauliflower
2 cups chopped kale
1/2 pound hot italian sausage
1/4 tsp salt (may want to omit)
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
How To Prepare: 1) Combine stock and cream in a sauce pan and heat over med-lo heat.
2) Remove caseing from sausage and saute, breaking into pieces and cooking til no longer pink.
3) Add cauliflower, kale, sausage and seasoning to soup.
4) Simmer on low heat for approx 2 hours.
