2 Cups sugar free Cool Whip
1 Atkins Day Break Apple Crisp Bar
(Chocolate Chip bar works well also)
1 pack Sweet & Low
How To Prepare:
Place bar in food processor or in a zip lock bag and use a rolling pin to break it into small pieces. Place crunchy pieces in coolwhip and mix. Add sugar free substitute to taste. May be placed in freezer for a nice cold treat.
