2 large cans chunk chicken-drained
2 large eggs
Hellman's real mayonnaise
2 tbs. pickle relish
How To Prepare:
Scramble eggs in a microwavable bowl, and cook in microwave until fluffy, stirring half way. In a separate bowl place, chicken, mayo-I use a couple tablespoons full- and relish and mix. Add eggs and mix well. Refrigerate. You can eat it with a few low carb crackers or on some lettuce. It's delicious!
