Easy Low Carb Chicken Tortilla soup

Ingredients:

6 boneless chicken breast
½ c. chopped green pepper
½ c. chopped green onion top
1/2 c. Juanita's Mexican style Hominy
2 T. Rotel Mild
Season with chili powder, garlic powder, salt/pepper.
Toppings Optional:
Fried corn tortilla strips(8 carb/whole tortilla)
Avocado slices
shredded cheese

How To Prepare:
|
Place all ingredients in a large pot.
Cook until chicken is tender and breaking apart.
Serve with Avocado slices and shredded cheese.
Top with a few crispy strips of fried corn tortilla pieces (8 carb whole corn tortilla)drain on a paper towel and salt.
