An easy burger with a tasty twist and shape, just like some of us!
-2lbs lean grd beef
-1cup mixed cheese
-1/2cup chopped bacon(cooked)
-1/4 cup green onion chopped
-1tbls prepared horse radish(I know...Yuk)
-1 large egg
-low carb pita
How To Prepare:
Mix everybody except seasonings together in bowl, cover and put in fridge at least an hour, better over night, spread out in aluminum foil lined 9x13 cookie sheet, work to outsides and about 1/2" thick. Sprinkle lots of seasonings on top and press in with your hands. Cut to the size you want and BBQ, pack into low carb pita or just enjoy!
