Lots of shredded cheese (whichever kind you like)
How To Prepare:
Cook chicken in oven until done. Then cut up celery and onion. Once chicken is done cut up in chunks, then mix everything together (cheese and all). Top with extra cheese if you want, then top with sliced almonds (once baked these will be crunchy!)
Bake on 400-425 for about 25 mins. (just enough to let cheese melt and almonds get a little brown). Enjoy!!! Good reheated too.
