Description: A low carb version of my favorite tea buns.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups soy flour
1/4 cup splenda
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup soy milk (unsweetened)
1 egg
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Mix together flour,splenda & baking powder, rub butter into flour mixture, measure 1/2 cup milk in big measuring cup add egg to milk and beat for a few seconds until egg in fully broken. Add milk mixture to flour mixture, stir with wooden spoon, drop onto baking sheet with wooden spoon, they don't have any specific shape. Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on your oven they will need to be a bit brown on top.
Number of Servings: 5 or 6
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 35 carbs for whole recipe, 7 carbs per bun if you make 5.
