This is a light and very healthy Greek salad that I usually serve over plain yogurt but you can also add it on top of a bed of lettuce.
1 roma tomato, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1 red onion, diced
1oz feta, crumbled
1 tbls lemon juice
10 kalmata or greek olives, chopped
salt to taste
How To Prepare:
mix together and serve cold on top of plain yogurt or lettuce. Can also be a side dish

Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known:
4 carbs total, 6 servings, 4 carbs per serving ...net carbs are less when subtracting fiber
