Ingredients: 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 to 3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water
1/2 t. dried dillweed
4 cups of peeled thinly sliced turnips
4 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil
How To Prepare: Combine soup, sour cream, water and dillweed in a small bowl. Blend well. In al lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish, alternate layers of sliced turnips and soup mixture. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper; brown on both sides in a small amount of oil in a large skillet.Place chops on top of sliced turnips; cover tightly and bake 1-1 1/4 hours at 375 degrees. Garnish with parsley if desired
