Description: A one person muffin, ready in 1 1/2 mins. by microwave. High protein, high fiber.
Ingredients: 1 Large egg
1 1/2 tsp. Splenda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. yogurt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
How To Prepare: Spray a microwave safe ramekin or bowl with cooking spray.
Mix the egg and splenda until well combined. Add yogurt and blend well. Mix in the ground flaxssed, cinnamon and baking powder until well combined. Pour in ramekin and microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Best eaten warm.
Number of Servings: 1
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 9.6 - 7.0 fiber = 2.6
Preparation Time: 10 mins.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): easy to prepare. Very tasty. High fiber
Cons:

I found this a very good recipe. It is a keeper. It has staying power. Lasted from lunch to dinner.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Delicious and fast!
Cons: I could see myself being semi-addicted to these...

I was definitely skeptical at first, but was pleasantly surprised at the texture of this. I used ground golden flax meal and fage yogurt, and it turned out great! I put a little butter on top and ate it warm. YUM.
