I think it's great, but more for corn bread than other sandwhiches. You could easily make this a little thicker than I did, I was making enough for DS and I to have a BLT.
This would be good with my Spicy LC chicken tortilla soup. I'll make them together next time.
2/3 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 tbs melted butter - if you use salted butter you can omit the salt
How To Prepare:
Mix together in a bowl. Spread it on parchment paper about 1/4 in. thick. Bake at 350 for 10 mins. Broil until golden brown, but watch it.
I think it has 2 carbs per slice, check your almond flour for carb count. I took a bite before I remembered to take a picture. lol
Number of Servings:
4 large slices
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known:
( 6 carbs per 1/4 cup - 3 fiber)
