This soup was so good and easy to make. I'll be making this alot in the fall/winter. Yum
I rate it a 10.
1 15-oz. can pure pumpkin
1 14-oz. can chicken broth
1 c. 1/2 & 1/2, light cream or milk
1 T. Splenda (or equivalent)
1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
How To Prepare:
In a medium saucepan stir together pumpkin, chicken broth and cream. Stir in Splenda and pumpkin pie spice. Heat through.
