Ingredients: 4 slices of low-carb bread
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 c, shredded cheddar cheese
7 eggs, beaten
2 c. cream
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
How To Prepare: Tear up 4 slices of bread and place in greased 13x9 inch pan. Spoon brown and drained sausage over bread. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Beat together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over bread, sausage, and cheese ingredients and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35-40 mins. Can be prepared and refrigerated the night before and freezes and heats well.
Number of Servings: 4-6 average or 4 generous

This is great to make on a Sunday and then eat off it all week. It is soooooo good!! I add a few green onions of chives to it also.

This was so easy to make. It didn't have an eggy taste to it, which I like a lot; I am not a big egg fan. I added fresh chopped jalapeno to it and put a dollop of sour cream on top before serving.
