Description: No time to sweat over a hot stove?! I love this little meal.
Ingredients: 3 NO CARB hotdogs, such as Farmer John
1 large FRESH jalepeno, thinly sliced
Grated Cracker Barrel Vermont White Cheddar
1 TBSP Heinz Sugar-free Ketchup
1-2 TBSP diced green onion stalks
How To Prepare: Slice the dogs and toss into a pan w/ a little h20 and cook til a little browned. Remove and put in a bowl.


add a little olive oil to the pan, and USING SOME COMMON-SENSE CAUTION, quickly "flambe'" the jalepenos w/ a little sea salt. [DO NOT STAND OVER THE JALEPENOS AND BREATHE IN THE 'smoke']-- do this step quickly!!


Add into the bowl along w/ the cheese + ketchup. Toss, top w/ chives and enjoy!
