Ingredients: 2 lbs. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
small jar green chili peppers
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 cup chili powder
2 large onions, diced
1 can tomato paste
Enough water for right consistency
1 jar hot salsa

shredded cheddar cheese for garnish
How To Prepare: Brown beef and drain. Add one diced onion, and sliced green chili peppers. Stir and Simmer. Add other ingredients. Simmer 1-2 hours. Garnish with diced onions and shredded cheddar cheese

Left over chile freezes and reheats well.
Number of Servings: 8 generous servings
