Read the labels for the Alfredo sauce and get the one with the lowest carbs.(Walmart brand has 2 carbs per serving)
About 1 cup of Zuchinni
About 1 cup of Mushrooms (raw)
About 1 cup Chopped Chicken Breast
1 Jar of Alfredo sauce
How To Prepare:
Cook Chopped Chicken breast with olive oil or butter your choice till almost cooked through about 5-6 minutes on stovetop , then add chopped zucchini and mushrooms cook for about another 6 minutes. Add Jar of Alfredo sauce heat through. If you like you can add garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, or crushed red pepper flakes.
