Quick and easy tuna casserole - modified slightly from one of my mom's own recipes. The original calls for the tuna mix to be placed on hamburger buns (left open faced), covered with grated cheese and baked in the oven on a cookie sheet.
2 cans tuna - drained
7 hard boiled eggs - chopped
4 Tbsp green onion
salt & pepper
2 Tbsp Miracle Whip
180g grated cheddar cheese
How To Prepare:
In bowl, break up tuna with fork until well flaked. Add chopped eggs and green onion, salt, pepper and Miracle whip. Mix well.
Spread out in ungreased 8x8 pan. Cover with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
