Enjoy the 4,000+ Low Carb Recipes!!!
This sauce is similar in taste to Big Mac sauce. It's very tasty and has a hint of sweetness to it that is just delicious. We had it last night on burgers & my gang couldn't get enough of it! I doubled the recipe and made enough to fill up a ketchup bottle AND had some left over.
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
2 Tbsp. dill relish
1 tsp. worcestershire
1 tsp. vinegar
1 packet Splenda
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard (French's classic yellow)
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. lemon juice (I squeezed a lemon for this)
Mix mayo & tomato paste together first, then add in all the rest.
How To Prepare:
Put your may in a mixing bowl and add in your tomato paste. Blend tomato paste into the mayo using a fork. Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula in order to get it well blended. After that is well blended just throw everything else in and blend with the fork. Scrape down again. *If you don't have time to chop fresh onions just use dried instead. The moisture from the ingredients will rehydrate them very quickly.
