The easiest-ever recipe for delicious Italian-flavored chicken. I use it for salads, with Dreamfields Linguine for Chicken Alfredo, even add a little cumin and make cream cheese & chicken enchiladas with Mama Lupe's low carb tortillas and homemade low carb enchilada sauce.
2 2-lb packages frozen chicken tenderloins
1-2 cup olive oil
2 bottles Italian salad dressing
How To Prepare:
Put oil in crockpot and set on high.
Add frozen tenderloins, then top with dressing.
After an hour, stir and turn to low.
Stir about every 30 minutes, cooking until chicken is done.
My old crockpot takes about 4-5 hours depending on how often I remember to stir.
