1 lb of lean ground beef or venison .2 cans of dices tomatoes,1small onion,1 cup diced carots,1cup diced celery,1cup of diced green pepper,4 cups of beef broth ,3tbs chupped garlic,2tsp of italian seasoning.1 head of cabbage small to medium
How To Prepare:
first in seperate pan boil water the add 2to3 tbs of beef broth paste or 4 cubes. then brown hamburger in sauce pan. when brown ad your other indredients excepi broth .cut cabbage into small slices put into pan then ad broth simmer for 1.5hours
