Description: Pasta with creamy alfredo, chicken and veggies
Ingredients: 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 box Dreamfield's spaghetti
1/2 c Ragu Alfredo Sauce
Frozen Spinach
1/2 fresh Tomato
McCormick's chicken seasoning
Seasoned salt
Garlic Salt
Creole Seasoning
Pepper
Butter
How To Prepare: Dice raw chicken breast (I use kitchen meat scissors)
Use fresh tomato and dice 1/2 of the tomato
Season diced chicken to taste
Heat butter in skillet over medium heat
Place seasoned diced chicken in skillet and brown, ensure chicken is fully cooked(since it is diced it should cook a little faster so keep close watch)
Cook pasta and drain, do not rinse
Return pasta to medium to large size pot
Add 1/2 c of Ragu sauce and continue to stir
Reduce heat to med-low
Add cooked chicken
Add frozen spinach (no need to thaw will cook once added)
Add diced tomato
Stir all ingredients together


ENJOY!


**You can tweek this recipe by baking each whole seasoned chicken breast in the oven for about 40 min on 400 degrees and serve on top of alfredo pasta or along side.


EVEN QUICKER: to cook whole chicken breasts, place in glass dish with chicken broth, enough to cover about half of the breasts, add seasonings and cover in plastic wrap, put in microwave on 7 minutes, check chicken and rotate, put back in for another 5 min (approx). You may have to adjust microwave times,up or down, according to size of breasts and microwave oven type. Is plastic wrap gets a hole in in replace it and continue microwaving chicken. Make sure chicken is saturated with plenty of broth or you will end of with very dry chicken.
